U Thant is the specialist U Thant practice and content brand of Zeon Properties International Sdn Bhd, a BOVAEAP-registered estate agency (Practice Number E(1)2117). All real-estate transactions are facilitated through that agency.

On the brand–agency separation

U Thant is a specialist practice and content brand — we publish the quarterly U Thant market report, maintain the building library, and advise clients on freehold acquisitions in the enclave. U Thant is not itself a licensed estate agency.

All real-estate transactions — sales, lettings, mandates — are facilitated through Zeon Properties International Sdn Bhd, a BOVAEAP-registered estate agency with Practice Number E(1)2117. The principals named on this site operate as Registered Estate Negotiators (RENs) under that agency.

This structure satisfies Section 20 of the Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Act 1981, which requires that all estate-agency services be provided through a licensed entity. The same disclosure appears in the footer of every page on this site.
