This site is operated by U Thant, the specialist practice and content brand of Zeon Properties International Sdn Bhd (BOVAEAP Practice Number E(1)2117). "We" in this policy refers to that licensed estate agency.

2. What we collect

When you contact us or sign up to a list through this site, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (and WhatsApp / WeChat ID, if you choose to provide one)
• Country of residence
• Brief details of your enquiry (target buildings, price band, etc.)

3. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry
• To provide the service you requested (building dossier, market report, strategy call, etc.)
• With your consent, to send the quarterly market report and off-market invitations
• To meet legal or regulatory obligations

4. Consent

Submitting your details through this site constitutes consent to processing for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@uthant.com.my. We will delete your record within 30 days of withdrawal, subject to any legal retention requirement.

5. Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose it only:

• With your explicit consent
• To service providers helping us operate (CRM, email delivery) — limited to what they need to perform the service
• Where legally or regulatorily required

6. Security & retention

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. We retain data only as long as needed for the purpose collected; records inactive for 24+ months are anonymised or deleted, subject to legal retention requirements.

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold on you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Withdraw consent and request that we stop processing
• Lodge a complaint about how we handle your data

The site uses essential cookies for functionality and may use analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 for visits outside Mainland China; Baidu Tongji for visits inside Mainland China) to understand visitor behaviour. Analytics are aggregated and not used to identify individuals.
