U Thant
About

We sell homes in U Thant.

Specialists, not generalists

We are a specialist. We do one thing: act for buyers and sellers of homes in U Thant, Kuala Lumpur. Houses, condominiums and land in one quiet enclave.

The practice exists on a simple thesis: in a neighbourhood this small, this specific and this consequential, the best advisors are the ones who know which lane is which, which house has been renovated and which hasn't and which seller has a number that is not the asking price. That kind of knowledge does not scale across districts. It scales by going deep in one.

Today we cover four upcoming developments and a private network of off-market homes. Our clients are international family offices and private principals, most actively from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia alongside Malaysian principals, returning diaspora and the diplomats who have long called the enclave home.

We publish the U Thant Market Report quarterly, in English and Simplified Chinese.

If you are buying, selling, or considering whether U Thant is the right address for you, this is where the conversation begins.

The parent firm

The U Thant specialist operates under Zeon Properties International Sdn Bhd, a BOVAEAP-registered estate agency, Practice Number E(1)2117.

Zeon Properties International was formed in 2024 through the merger of Zeon Properties (est. 2012, Penang) and Dutama Properties Real Estate Agency (est. 1984).

The parent firm operates across Kuala Lumpur and Penang, with project-marketing reach into Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia.

For U Thant, the parent relationship matters in three practical ways:

  • — Regulatory standing. Every transaction we facilitate is completed through a BOVAEAP-registered agency, in line with Section 20 of the Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Act 1981. All three principals are Registered Estate Negotiators under E(1)2117.
  • — International buyer access. Mainland China is the largest active foreign cohort buying into U Thant in 2026, with Hong Kong, Singaporean and Indonesian Chinese family interest sitting alongside. The parent firm's structural reach into those markets, and its long-standing overseas-Chinese network, gives the practice deeper visibility into that buyer flow than a stand-alone boutique could maintain.
  • — Off-market reach. The U Thant lots that change hands without ever being listed publicly are the ones where access depends on relationship, not on portal search. The parent firm's mandate flow into the enclave informs which positions we know about.
